Our aim is to provide a fair test at a fair price and our customers are welcome come in and wait in our modern and comfortable reception area offering free hot beverages. You can view your vehicle being tested in the comfort of our waiting area via a TV screen. As we are located only a short walk from the County Mall, you could leave the vehicle with us and enjoy shopping while we carry out your test.
In addition to this we offer:
On completion of repairs, we will carry out a free retest as long as it’s within 10 working days.
As part of our policy, we retain old parts removed from your vehicle and make them available for inspection upon request.
In the event that you vehicle should not meet with the standards required by DVSA and fail it’s test then we will gladly prepare a no obligation quote for any repairs that may be required . We make every effort to return the vehicle to you on the same day dependent on the time of day and other work load.
